High Season: $79.00 to $149.00 double occupancy

Low Season: (October 15-Decmber 25 and March 15-May 15)
$65.00 to $149.00 double occupancy

• Mid-week stays are less expensive check specials page.

• All rates are subject to change and are based on availability and seasonal dates.

• AAA discounts and weekly packages are available for specific dates and seasons. 

• This rate is for a room with two double beds or one king for two persons.

• Sorry we only allow three adults or two adults and children in a room in all seasons.

• $10.00 additional charge for added adults and children over 10 years of age or older, per night.

• Cots are available for $10.00 for the length of your stay.

• Most weekends require a two night stay, holiday weekends may require more.

• We require a deposit (by check) to hold your room.

• reservations made within cancellation period require 100% deposit on credit card

CHECK-IN TIME 3:00PM CHECKOUT TIME 11:00 AM, PETS WELCOME WITH CAGE.

      We can guarantee your room but not the weather. A two week (14 days) refund notice for any reason is required, less service charge (15% of entire stay) CANCELLATION WITHIN THE TWO WEEK PERIOD RESULTS IN FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT. No refunds on early checkouts. All reservations require a  deposit, which is applied to the last day(s) of your stay. The reserved will be charged for all rooms and days reserved. Please reserve only the time and accommodations you will need. We are not a large motel and cannot re-rent rooms overnight. Sales tax will be charged.  Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. Please call for after hour arrivals.

Winter cancellation policy: Two week notice full refund less 15% service charge. Less than two week notice and we have useable snow, results in forfeiture of deposit. If the snow conditions are poor and un-useable (no one is riding past our front door) we will give a 100% credit to use on any other weekday for a year.
